Maintenance

Yes we do Mondays - Fridays and on call evenings and weekends.

Residents can either call the office or go through Rentcafe and submit through their login credentials.

Maintenance receives a work order and the work orders are prioritized by level or urgency and call in dates.

We only perform lockouts if the lock is defective. Residents must contact a locksmith.

There could be charges after move out. Please verify with the Property Manager before making any physical changes to the home.

Amenities

Community Center with a fitness center, year-round pool, tennis courts, and restaurant.

The community center and facilities are open from 5:30AM - 10:00PM daily.

There is one covered space per home, open parking, and garages available for rental at the rate of $175 per month.

Each home has a washer and dryer installed in the home.

Yes under 80lbs and non-aggressive breeds.

$250 Refundable and $250 Nonrefundable. $35 pet rent monthly.

No, we do not have a pet park on-site.

Standard appliances include a stainless steel fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Yes, we do down to 3 months minimum. Short-term premiums would apply based on the length of the lease.

Packages are delivered to the resident's front door.

There is no fitness center at this site.

There are no fees associated with an onsite tour.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins.

Management is available Monday-Friday.
